Patrick sent several pictures from his first week in Japan. He was invited to preach at the Sagamino "International" Service.
Sagamino Church is pastored by Iwoa Satoh and has an International service each Sunday which is conducted by a minister from Peru whose name is Orlando. All of these pictures are from that day.

I am an ordained Minister in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. I retired from the active, full-time pastorate in May, 1999. My continueing ministry is as Director of Shepherd's Rest Ministry, Inc. A non-profit, tax exempt ministry of support and encouragement for Cumberland Presbyterian ministers. My wife, Pat, and I celebrated our 52nd anniversary in January 2006. I grew up in Paducah, KY and graduated from Augusta Tilghman High School in 1952. I attended Bethel College in McKenzie, TN from which I graduated in 1956 with a BA Degree. I earned my M Div. Degree from Memphis Theological Seminary, graduating in 1980. Denominationally, I have served on the Children's Home Board for 9 years, The Board of the Cumberland Presbyterian for 7 years, The Executive Director of the Decade of the Eighties Committee for 3 years and as Director of the Church Growth and Evangelism Division of the Board of Missions for 3 years. I was honored to serve as the Moderator of the 172nd General Assembly of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in 2002-03
